iBONUS-DISPLAY:

• iBonus Display unit is a compact, wall mounted, embedded web server system with 6.4 touch screen TFT display and built-in software application for bonus point balance, prepaid amount checking, and gift and product selection. Member instant profiling plus the intelligent profile matching algorithm will make the most desired gift or product most accessible to the members.
• iBonus Display also equipped with advertisement scheduler which is capable of playing MPEG1 and JPEG files. It is an ideal marketing tool to let customers know about your newest product update.

Functions for Customers:

2 Modes of Operation:

• In Bonus Mode, gifts can be chosen on the touch screen. The sequence of the gifts being shown on the screen is ordered according to the members profile and the gifts property. The most desired gift can always be shown first on the screen. After choosing the desired items, the item code, bonus value and quantity is written on the Member Card. The member needs to complete the transaction at iBonus Terminal. This will make sure that the right operation can always be done under the help of staff members.
• In Shopping Mode, products can be chosen on the touch screen. A simple product menu is provided for quick navigation for the member. Shops can make use of the screen to promote their daily special on the screen. The sequence of the products being shown on the screen is ordered according to the members profile and the products property. The most desired product can always be shown first on the screen. After choosing the desired items, the item code, value and quantity is written on the Member Card. Member needs to complete the transaction at iBonus Terminal. This will make sure that the right operation can always be done under the help of staff members.
• iBonus Display can operate in one mode any time.

Instant Card Balance Checking:

• By presenting the member card to the iBonus Display, member can check the card balance, expiry date, accumulated spending immediately on the LCD screen.

Editing Customer Profile:

• Members can input their personal profile with templates designed by administrator.
• Instead of the getting members to fill out lengthy forms about their personal profile, Display unit can prompt Members to input their personal profile, date of birth and language preference when they make the first redemption.

Creative Reward Scheme:

• For each reward item, the following parameters can be customized:

1. Bonus Point
2. Item Code
3. Minimum displayable value
4. Last displayable date
5. Redemption age range
6. Suitable profile - if the profile matches the member's profile, this item will be shown first.
7. Matching membership class - if only the member with matching membership class can see this item.
